Individual Therapy for Adults

I work with adults (21 and older) who are navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, a major life transition, and repeated patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Whether you’re in the midst of a major life change or simply longing for more peace and clarity, therapy can be a safe and transformative space to find your way forward.

Areas I Support:
You might be here because you’re experiencing:

  • Depression, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm

  • Unhealthy or repetitive relationship patterns

  • Anxious and avoidant attachments

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth struggles

  • Unresolved emotional, physical, or sexual trauma

  • Intimacy challenges, particularly with men

  • A recent breakup, divorce, or identity crisis

  • Impostor syndrome, guilt, or shame

I draw from a blend of Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), attachment theory, relational therapy, strength-based approaches, humanistic principles, and solution-focused techniques. This integrative approach allows me to meet you where you are and support you in meaningful, lasting change.
